Shipping policy

Shipping destinations and rates

Standard shipping is available to supported destinations covered by our Branvas Shipping service at a flat rate of $4.99 USD. Shipping availability depends on your delivery address and the items in your order. Available shipping options and the applicable charge are shown at checkout. We do not offer worldwide shipping.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. This is the dispatch timeframe, not the delivery timeframe. We update the tracking number within 1–2 days of shipping.

Delivery

Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination. The 2–3 business-day dispatch timeframe does not mean your order will arrive within 2–3 business days. Please refer to any delivery estimate shown at checkout and your tracking updates after dispatch.
